Nothing says stars more than the stars and stripes of the red white and blue....
i layered theses stars on several,papers of red white and blue....8 -9 layers in all. Started with white cardstock, layered red. I cut blue paper at an angle and then an embossed white at the same angle. I layered them on the red. Then layered the white verse on the same blue paper. I striped the red paper. Then layered the verse on top. I Layed the America and stars on the last layer.

This is a really cute layout, and I love the bright colors! I like the texture on the white...great idea!!
