Welcome little boy


I printed the background in light blue ink with a baby stamp, layered a light blue strip across the middle, using a thinner white strip and added a preprinted sentiment on top. Popped in up with foam tape. I found this little turtle in my stash and he just seem to fit very nicely to finish off the card.
