Monster eyes

For this challenge I layered on a purple and black striped paper on white card stock. Then I took some washi tape and just tore it in different lengths and placed it on the card randomly.  then I took some Google eyes and placed them in between the washi tape. I stamped happy Halloween on cream text your card stock with black ink and layered it on a piece of black
