Happy New Year





For this 1st challenge of the new year, I chose to carry out that theme. I started out with light blue cardstock, layered on a preprinted paper with party hats. I cut out the sketch pieces and placed them on the card. I topped it off with a clock die cut piece, and added 2strips of silver to outline the v. I stamped Happy New Year in teal
