Seal horse birthday challenge day 1

 For the sea life birthday, I started with a light blue card stock, layered on a blue water figured paper.  I used the Friday freebie seahorse printed on white paper. I used a variety of my markers to color the seahorse, then used my clear gel pen and outlined it. I went over it lightly with a teal blue ink pad. I layered it all together and finished it off with a few random fish and stamped Happy Birthday.
