See life challenge day 4


 For this bingo challenge I chose to do the wave, the pearls, and the birthday wish.
 The card base is white card stock with a water spotted blue paper. I used  my markers to color the fish in and used my gel pens to make it just a little bit sparkly. The teal pearls finished it off.
