Aristocats

This is one of my first attempts at paper piecing so I kept it very CAS. I just recently got these crazy cat stamps by Tim Holtz, and I think they're going to be ever as popular as the crazy birds! :-) I stamped him on white paper and then found a light mustard colored polkadot paper For the paper piecing of the cat,  Did the same thing with teal paper for the little bird and the sentiment is stamped in black. I went back over with a mustard colored ink pad and swiped it across the paper and run around the edges in teal.
This cat reminds me of some in the movie "Aristocats"
Our family loves cats and cats movies...this one was a favorite.
