Craftyhairlady : Make-A-Wish musical notes

Started with black cardstock. Added on white an embossed musical note pattern. A plain black strip of paper was layered on with a stamped musical notes on white paper also cut into a Strip a little narrower than the black and then I made a flag cut on both pieces. I used my black scallop punch and then circle punch and stamped and black
