Got this image from bugaboo. Colored with pencils.layered on lime green, bright yellow and pink. On the edge of the card I used a fancy punch and slipped a white paper in behind. I Added star gems in the corners.

What a great card Pam! I used to have a hairdresser who reminded me so much of this character - made her a few Christmas crd featuring 'herself' over the years :) Super colouring as well Pam!
