I do hair in a local nursing home and one of my little ladies was 100 years old last week. So I made this card out of a Brown patterned paper. it’s a trifold started on white Card stock that I use my fancy punch across the tops of both papers. The card is angled starting at 3 inches and going to 5 inches so that it fits in a regular envelope. And then scored in three sections. I used a 1/4 of a doily, added 2 flowers with brads in the center. I cut the tag to match and added 3 pearls. It’s coordinating paper for the insides. It’s very deceiving and very hard to see but the inside does say happy 100th birthday
Great job on your trifold card! Very pretty border and Im sure she was delighted with it! Thanks for sharing with us at PIP this week!
ReplyDeleteIt's a really pretty shape and I am sure the lady really appreciated it. It's an incredible age as I told both of the ladies in my Dad's nursing home who achieved the same and with tremendous zest for life. Many thanks for sharing and joining us at Allsorts 'Pearls' challenge this week.
