Belated birthday flowers

This is a fairly plain birthday card and I used a stamp that I’ve had for quite a while. I recently gotten some very pretty blue papers and so decided to create the flower with a medium size punch and a small punch and then I stuck a blue enamel dot in the center of the flower and one on the top corner of the card.
