Happy Anniversary

The image is polkadoodle, colored with pencils. Used My small circle punch to create the cut out edges on the light green card stock And used a medium oval stitched diecut around the image. I layered it on a couple of patterns papers and then on cream colored card stock. Used a little bit of blue ink on a cotton ball and swiped across the sentiment. Added a couple enamel dots
