Heart smile ☃️

This cute little snowman was colored sparsely with pencils and I used glitter glue for the snow. Also used several sizes of oval stitched diecuts to meet the color challenge. Added 3 red pearls.

This image in his scarf and his top hat reminds me of the children’s movie Frosty the Snowman
