Image is by polka doodle, colored with pencils. I used a large rectangular stitched die cut around the image layered it on a blue checked paper used my flower punch along the edge and layered it all on white card stock and then added flowers with colored Brads in the center used a scrap of the punch for the sentiment. Love the color blue, so chose that as my base .
