Started with dark grey cardstock, layered on 3 strips of dotted washi tape. Used a rectangle stitched diecut around the image, colored with pencils. added a bit of blue ink around the edge. Added the sentiment with fancy diecut,and same blue ink and a tiger stripe gemstone.
