Besties mermaid

The image is by my Besties, colored with pencils. Used a bit of light blue ink for the background.Used wink of Stella for some shimmer. Layered on a light blue cardstock at a bit of an angle. Added some colored sequence and the sentiment with a stitched diecut, popped up with foam.
