Bugaboo basket of 💗

 

The image is by bugaboo I colored with pencils I used an oval dye cut around the image and then a scalloped oval around the sentiment I added some black and white heart washy tape and a couple of heart gemstones all layered on a burgundy paper and then on white card stock.
