Red belt

 The image is by Paper shelter, colored with pencils. I used red ink on white cardstock to create the background. Using oval stitched diecuts around the image and in red, I layered them on. Using smear oval stitched diecuts I repeated the same for the sentiment. I added red enamel dots.
