Another week has flown by and we here at PIP have another awesome challenge for you sponsored by one of our favorites…Penguin Palace. 

For my card, I chose the bubble bath digital set from our sponsor.  I started the card as a trifold using a solid color blue on one side and a Multi colored blue on the other. I used a few sequins and glitter glue for the bubbles. 

On the inside I used sky Blue ink to create the background… the stamp is colored by pencils in soft colors.

Used glitter glue for bubbles in the bath as well.
