This is love at its best a little girl and her teddy.. still dressed left over from Christmas, but ready for the snow. Image is by all dressed up, colored with pencils layered on a blue patterned snowflake paper with blue snowflake gems using an oval dye cut around the image,  all layered on a white card stock
