This cute little pup is having a spa day!!
Image is from Sunbird Spark (formerly Penguin Palace) who happens to be our sponsor this week for the PIP challenge. I colored with pencils and used a new to me scalloped diecut around the image. Layered on a light pink paper and layered on white cardstock, using pencils to created the blue. The sentiment is also from our sponsor. Outlined in blue marker.
