Baby buttons
Baby buttons
For this pink challenge I embossed a teddy bear on bright pink paper and layered it on white card stock , then in my stash I found a baby sticker and some green buttons to finish off the card. Everything that I use for this card I had in my old stash and I really like doing that because it makes me go through things and clear things out every now and again. I had not had my embossing machine out for quite some time and I had forgotten about my buttons so this was a good opportunity to use these things

Fall stash
This challenge I started on Brown paper card stock. I've used this before, brought it out of my stash and found it fun to play with again. I used one Yellow ribbon along the left border side I layered two papers. one was a Multi orange and yellow colored leaf paper and the other was A green leaf paper. I used my large leaf punch which was new....and I love it... I cut out of the green paper so that the multi paper would show through layering it all on top of the brown paper card stock. I used three orange gems that I had, and an old stamp...I stamped my bountiful blessings across the top....so I guess I love it all....old and new! Because I've had it in my drawer for awhile and find i again...it's like new all over again!!😜😜

Then using my black ink, I added the turkey and the sentiment.

Transparent leaves
OK ....admittedly this is not my best work! 😞 first of all I ended up using onionskin typing paper because I didn't have any vellum and then I did not have a large enough leaf punch that I could work on, so I used two different leaf stamps and fussy cut them before I followed the rest of the tutorial. It was a little messy because the chalk did not want to slide as well on my paper as it might've on the vellum, but I think the end result was the same. So to finish out my card I used cream colored card stock, embossed some leafy weeds, used my colorful leaves randomly at the bottom and then stamped my sentiment in black at the top.

Golden bird
For this challenge I started with black paper and my bird stamp. I used gold ink and my embossing machine and a die cut. instead of using the oval piece, I used the leftover piece as the frame. it's very hard to tell in this picture but the paper is a very pretty coral figured Figured and a little bit glossy. I layered it on a piece of coral textured paper ,layering yet on white card stock. I finished it off with a strand of black rhinestones down one side.
