This is an adorable image by Paper shelter colored and pencils. The die cut used around the image is a fancy cut stitched. I used a little bit of blue ink to create water and around the sentiment which is cut with an oval stitch dye cut. I layered on a multicolored brown paper and added three buttons color coordinated.
