Pumpkin shaped card


Used 3 different rubber stamps to create the image. I left a small piece at the top for the fold. Then fussy cut out around the pumpkins.

Purple tic tac toe


For this challenge I chose a large orange button some green string and an embossed paper. I ran them all across the middle of the card. I started with cream card stock and layered a dark orange, a light orange aquares and I embossed and layered a purple floral. then I layered a light orange, a cream color after stamping  my sentiment on the cream paper to which I also attached my button and ran my string through.

Baseball Gus easel card

House mouse yellow flowers


I ran a little short on yellow paper so I folded it about 3/4 of the way over and then I layered my image on a light blue and made that kind of like the flip folder for the front of the card. The image is my house mouse colored with pencils are used a little bit of light brown ink for the ground and sky blue ink for the sky

Tiny card

Rocky Mountain elk


Another of my husbands favorite things to hunt. And we have two huge mounts on our walls. He does not just shoot them and waste them ...we eat every ounce of meat off of them that we can! 
For this challenge I started with white card stock I embossed a brown male looking pattern and I found a wild animal print and I stamped the elk  on a tan paper studded it and put  it altogether, then I made the best wishes tab.

Summer drink


 ADU image, colored with pencils. Layered on fun summer patterned paper. Stitched diecut around the image. My tip is every now and then I like to lay the colored image in the paper a little crooked for a different take on it. Just for fun….no real rhyme or reason.😉

Black and white is always striking. For this I started on a creamy white cardstock, layered on a squared black. Used my metal diecuts out of white. Added black gems in the corners. 
I really like using black and white together. I also like using gems to finish my project.

Christmas wishes tag


 This was a pre printed snowman tag on kraft paper. I used 2 sided tape around the edge and red glitter. Added some crystal glutton snowflakes. A red ribbon to finish it off.

Wedding Day


Lots of weddings this year after Covid…we have 3 on the books so far…so getting geared up here!

I feel with black and white you cannot go wrong! I started with black card stock cut it tall, layered on a half a sheet of white and black floral paper. I added a thick white ribbon with a knot in front and a strip of pearls. I stamped in white ink. The inside is white stamped in black ink and is…

Flower and lace






For this challenge I made this gift card. I startrd with a solid teal cardstock. I cut it the long way on the paper, then folded it into thirds. I then folded the 2 corners out. I layered on my matching figured paper and found a flower from a cut out set I purchased. I put a little matching stud in the center of the flower, and I found some white lace in my stash and glued that on top of one fold and half of the flower on the other fold so that's when you lift the other half of the flower it opens up the card. I left it blank so can be used for any occasion.

Pink/ purple doilie flower


Started on a 12 x 12 pre-printed card stock of shades in pink and purple. I cut a tall card at 5 1/2 inches wide and then a smaller purple scrap a slightly smaller pink scrap I stamped the doily and shades of pink and purple and then I added my floral stamps for the easel part of the card I used a butterfly that holds the card up.

 a wedding card I started with cream colored card stock I Embossed on white the Swiss dot pattern.  And then I cut my oval out and I cut an oval slightly larger in the black paper and then I layered it on a gold shiny figured paper my images are actually some wedding stickers that I found in my stash to finish it off.

Flower power


Who doesn’t love a great summer road trip…to the beach, the woods, visit family and friends or ALL of thee above?!? I chose this  Paper shelter image, colored with pencils. Large oval stitched diecut, layered on on an orange floral patterned paper on blue solid, and finally on a patterned of daisies. Added 3 shiner flowers.

Penguin trio


These cute little penguins are colored in pencils, used glitter glue for the snow and snowflakes. Added red gemstones. Layered on red, green and black. Made it into a slimline card.

Graduation


Started on a deep red cardstock, layered on a black paper that I embossed graduation caps on. I had a yellow and red patterned paper. Added the sentiment on white. .rounded the corners and went around with black ink pad.

On black card stock, layered and embossed Dee folder on yellow card stock and used a metal dye cut on black for the bumblebee. I used wink of Stella on the black bumblebee for a shimmery shine. A very summer time card for this time of year here in Iowa the bees and have been going crazy!

Dad


The image is a stamp that I fussy cut after coloring with pencils. I layered on a red plaid paper. On red cardstock I used a square of light blue, cut in half and used in corners. I used a metal diecut for Dad and added some gold gems.
