Image by bugaboo,colored with pencils. Done in monochrome blues. Added a strip of blue patterned in the middle. Used stitched diecut on image, went around the edges with blue ink. Layered on blue paper. Used blue in swirls on white cardstock. Added enamel dots in blue.
