This cute little images colored with pencils. I used an oval die cut around it, layered it on a marble blue scrap of paper, and then I used a strip of embossed Swiss polkadot in white, layered it on blue, and then on a white fliptop cardstock. I used a small rectangular die cut around the sentiment in black ink and a blue to pop it up with foam off the card
