The image is from Beccys, colored with pencils. Used a fancy diecut, some light blue ink for the background and a little darker around the edges. Layered on a textured blue paper. Added large blue enamel dots. Used the same ink and another diecut for the sentiment.
Love it Pam, so fun and cheerful! Great choice of cardstock for the base of your card, it contrasts nicely with the pink bird. I also like the little domes you added for some sparkle and shine. Fabulous!
