Made these with my grand kids, started with a clear Christmas ball. Removed the lid swirled Elmer’s glue on inside, filled with glitter till all coated. Let dry overnight. Next day used colored acrylic paints for the face and filled with battery operated fairy lights put the top back on and used baby stocking caps from the dollar tree, glued them in place and set in the Christmas tree.
