I made the background with blue and red inks. Then took a smaller snippet of white paper, inked the edges in red and blue, stamped a flag and used pencils to color. Used a glitter gel pen for the star. Used snippets of 2 different washi tapes for bottom and another snippet of white and an oval diecut for the sentiment. Added a red glitter star to finish it off.
