Summertime asparagus

Started on white cardstock. Used yellow ink for background. Embossed a canning jar for the center piece. Used an asparagus rubber stamp and grass green ink to create the veggies in the jar. Used a light blue ink for the “brine” in the jar. I don’t necessarily like asparagus, but I do like to can and I just thought this was appropriate for the time now that it is in season

  1. What a fun card! Reminds me all of the times I've seen asparagus growing beside the road and wished I had time to stop and pick some! Really is a sign of summer. TFS (from Kathy A. aka myasperations!)
