For this January bingo challenge I started with cream colored card stock, layered on a blue striped paper, I added a navy paper that I had stamped a bus on cream paper, added three round dots (metal studs) and then added a tab along the side with white round dots ( Metal studs ) and then added my sentiment stamped on cream layered on navy paper.
