Day 6 sealife birthday challenge

For this D day six CLEC birthday challenge I chose white card stock a blue water paper the little mermaid from the bugaboo set. I colored her in with various markers use my gel pen in a couple places for highlights I stamped the sentiment on a real light teal blue paper layered it on a brighter pink paper and finished it off with a few studs to look like water bubbles.
