Pink and black flower

For this particular card I chose to start with white card stock and layered on a plain black then I chose my flower diecut in pink and  Aqua, I stamped my sentiment on white and layered it on pink and then added the three pink gemstones. After looking at it again I decided it needed just a little something extra special so I added the ribbon which is a little bit lacy and see-through.  I really appreciate working with ribbon of all sizes because it makes such nice Bose and just the added special touch for cards  Without being too bulky. It's a little bit hard to read from this size what the sentiment is. " It reads what appears to be the end is usually the start of a new beginning." Which is true of most flowers something has to die  before something new will grow.
