Plum diecut

I tired something a bit different for this challenge. I did this oval diecut with my cuttlebug and used the center for another project...so was left with this scrap. I decided to see if I could square it up a bit and salvage it....you know us crafters ....there is NO waste 😊😊
I started with brown  cardstock. Layered on a light pink and used my plum diecut scrap to create a frame and stamped my sentiment in the center.  I think it turned out nicely. I will do this again and me sure to me mindful when staring the diecut process to be sure and have enuf left for a frame.
