Happiest of birthdays!!

 

Image is from My Besties, colored with pencils, ink on a cotton ball helped to create the blue background. 

Rounding the corners of both the image and the light green paper behind it. Layered it all on a pre printed birthday cupcake paper. I created a tag banner for the sentiment with a birthday greeting . Added 3 tiny gems in the corner.
