Frosty kisses

For this diecut challenge I started with dark blue paper layered on a winter paper that had the little bears printed on it. With my Circuit machine I die cut out the words frosty kisses in a lighter teal blue and then found a couple of snowflake stickers that I added on to keep the card very CAS.
